The Petro-Eliminator™ system carries a full system patent. That is, the entire system is patented, not
just a small piece or segment. No other water
treatment system can make this claim.

The complete Petro-Eliminator™ system is guaranteed to discharge no higher than 10 PPM mg/1 oil and grease in almost any application. In many cases less than 5 mg/1 is often achieved. All customers who have purchased the Petro-Eliminator™ system have received approvals from various government agencies in every application to date.
The Petro-Eliminator system sometimes includes moderate chemical injection to make waste water safe and desirable for reuse.
We also have certificates of approval from the U.S. Coast Guard stating that the discharge from our systems is well within the "below 15 PPM" requirement and is absolutely safe to discharge into the intercoastal waterways of the U.S. and many other countries as well.
IDEAL FOR THE MARINE INDUSTRY
Not only have state and local environmental agencies cracked down on industrial equipment users and their disposal of contaminated water, government
has set rigorous standards for the marine industry as well. Bilge water must be processed to 15 PPM before it can be discharged overboard. And, in fact, that standard is likely to be changed to less than 10 PPM in the near future. The Petro-Eliminator™ is certified by the U.S. Coast Guard to meet or exceed all discharge standards making it ideal for boat or ship operation.

Our system is made with stainless steel, high-grade plastics and coated steel and is salt-water impervious. Water goes through a staged pre-filtration process to get rid of sand, dirt, paint chips, big chunks of grease and other water-suspended solids before the oily water even enters the actual oil and fine solids removal stages. These solids are removed with clean-able filter elements.

The system is modular to fit in small spaces. It does not need to be located in the engine room and can be put on any deck where space allows!

We use only the highest quality components in manufacturing the Petro-Eliminator™ System such as stainless steel, brass and specialized plastics. All pumps and materials are designed to operate in demanding situations and harsh environments. Our systems have no open vessels ensuring they emit no odor and are not susceptible to overflow or outside contamination. Furthermore, the system will never become obsolete because it can be easily adapted to perform additional water treatment tasks.
