(sales, service, engineering and installation)
*
Guaranteed minimum 1,000 hour oil drain intervals are easily obtained
when all liquid and solid contaminants are continually removed from
the oil. The guarantee is monitored and proven through any reputable
customer supplied oil analysis laboratory.
*
Patented hot melt injected seals provide a positive sealing system
which eliminates any chance of oil bypassing the media; element
cannot pass contaminants.
*
To further insure that the integrity of the system cannot be breached,
the Filmax refiner has a positive laminated rubber seal at the top
and a rubber O-ring seal at the bottom. Since these seals come factory
installed in both the refiner and the element, proper servicing
is assured, fast and easy.
*
Patented 4-section engine oil refiner element with special fuel
soot and sludge removing pockets for extremely long element life
and oil clarifications.
*
Because of the special patented differences that do not allow fluid
to bypass the filtering media, a dirty element gauge can be used
to determine exactly when to change your element.
*
1
3 micron solids filtration, 99% removal in one pass.
*
Removes all water and harmful acids from oil.
Since
the engine never again has to operate with contaminated oil and
the capacity of the lubricating system is significantly increased,
engine life is dramatically extended and both oil consumption and
operating temperatures are reduced.
With
the Filmax oil refiner, the 1,000 hour minimum oil drain intervals
are being easily obtained and 1,500 to 2,000 hour documented oil
drain intervals are becoming common. Refining Systems, Inc. guarantees
you will go at least 1,000 hours between oil drains without an oil
or *filter change
or oil refiner element replacement. A customer supplied oil analysis
program is necessary during this timeframe to assure proper condition
of the oil.
*Initially,
some very dirty, sludgy engines may require one or two element changes
to clean out the engine before the initial 1,000 hour oil drain
interval can be achieved. Once the sludge is removed from the system,
only one element will be required to obtain each additional 1,000+
hour drain interval.
