POWER GENERATING TURBINES
Clean turbine lube oil is critical to the precision bearings and other components of a gas or steam power generating turbine. We perform cleaning services for the turbine lube oil reservoir itself, the ultra-fine filtration of tanker loads of turbine oil, and we attach self-powered
large filtration systems to the lube system to remove fine solid contaminants and water from the circulating oil. We perform quality, valuable services where oil and system cleanliness is critical.


GEAR BOX OIL
Gear Drives are known to produce a substantial amount of metal contaminants as the gears, bearings, shafts and other components wear. This metal works its way into the gear system lubricating oil and substantially accelerates the component wear rate, thus causing maintenance and repair problems, shortening expected life of bearings & shafts, and causing premature failure.

Cleaning out the gear oil sump, refining the old oil for further use, and then attaching one of our ultra-fine oil refiners to the gear drive while it operates effectively removes all contaminants and dissolves the varnish off of the internal components which makes the entire gear drive as clean as it can possibly be!
HEAT EXCHANGERS
Instead of disassembling a plate and frame heat exchanger to clean out built-up contaminants which are affecting heat exchange efficiency, call us to perform our
chemical flushing service. We pump the correct chemical solutions through the heat exchanger with our super filters attached and dissolve the unwanted build-up in the tubes and coils to effectively regain lost heat transfer efficiencies. We have the chemical pumps, tanks and filtration units to get the job done!
